Our monkeys pack fast — orders ship Monday through Friday (and the next day after holidays 🐒📦). We offer a flat shipping rate across the U.S., no matter where your jungle’s at. International? Rates vary depending on how far your treehouse is — you’ll see it at checkout.

Even monkeys change their minds 🐒 You’ve got 30 days to return or swap full-priced gear — just keep it unworn, tags on, and in the original packaging. Sale gear? That’s final — no take-backs during the jungle deals. You’ll need to cover return shipping (we’re still a small tribe).

If your gear shows up with a flaw — think stitching issues, misprints, or anything damaged out of the box — let us know. Send an email to hello@griptail.com with your order number, a few photos, and a short description of the problem. We’ll review it and swing into action to fix it. 🐒💪(Just a heads-up: this doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or damage from the course.)
